What we found

The roof we tore off was worn. It was ridged, and the wide photo shows two layers, with rooftop units on it.

What we repaired

The old roof came off. New modified bitumen went down, including where the membrane runs up to the parapet. The finished roof is the gray membrane in the later photos.
