What we text
- Messages about your service request, inspection appointments, estimates, your job, and invoices and payment links, plus replies to messages you send us
- We do not send marketing texts
How you agree
- By checking "Text me about my request" on our service-request form, by texting us first, or by telling our staff on the phone that we may text you, which they record
- Agreeing to texts is never a condition of service
How often, and what it costs
- Message frequency varies with your request and your job
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan
Stopping, and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe
