We are repair-first. If a repair will hold, that is what we recommend. When the roof is past repairing, we explain why and can do the full replacement.

What if I do not know which service to ask for?

When do I see the price for the recommended work?

After we have seen the roof, you get a written estimate for the work we recommend. The numbers are in writing before anything is scheduled.

Do I get photos from the inspection?

Yes. We photograph what we find and go through it with you, so you see what we saw.

Who follows up when I send a request?

Start with what you can tell us

Where you see water, a stain, missing shingles or other damage.
When it started, whether it happens in certain weather, and whether it is still wet.
Whether a repair has already been tried.
Photos you already have, or photos taken safely from the ground.

Why the inspection comes first

Our office calls you back and arranges a time to look at the roof.
We look at the roof and its details, including shingles, flashing, boots and penetrations, and photograph what we find.
We go through the findings with you in plain terms and recommend the work the roof needs.

How we explain the recommendation

If a repair will hold, we say so. If it won't, we tell you what will.

We do full roof replacements too, when the roof is past repairing.

For a repair, the written estimate sets out the work we recommend to fix the problem.
For a replacement, you get a written estimate for the full roof replacement we recommend.
